STANDARD DELIVERY
I will endeavour to have all items delivered within 5-7 working days from the date of your order. The may be occasional times when this may be longer due to any unforeseen COVID 19 implications that may be out of my hands.
Please note that in busier periods, delivery could take up to 14 working days.

If you have ordered more than one item, your order could be delivered in more than one parcel. Occasionally, couriers will deliver the parcels on different days therefore please do not worry if you only receive one item at first - please wait before contacting me until after the 5-7 working days has passed, as it is likely that the other parcel(s) will arrive shortly after the first.
Shipping / delivery /postage costs
UK mainland (Including Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland) shipping / postage and packaging will be £3.99 for orders
below £65. Free postage on Orders over £65 unless they are deemed of usually excessive size /weight, then this will be agreed POA. Postage will need to be signed for.

ORDER CANCELLATION
You have 14 days to notify me that you wish to cancel your order from the day after you have received your goods. You must notify me in writing via email. In order for you to qualify for a full refund the goods must be returned to me, no later than 14 days after you notified me of the cancellation; unused, in their original packaging together with a proof of purchase and in a fully re saleable condition.
Once I have received your goods, I will arrange for the cost of the returned items to be refunded back to your account. I regret that I cannot pay for the return postage on any order cancellations. All returned parcels remain the customer’s responsibility until they are safely received by me. I advise that you take out additional parcel insurance with the carrier to cover you for loss or damage, should it occur.
I regret that I cannot guarantee any refunds will be made if I receive notification of a cancelled order after the 14 day cancellation period has expired.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
Should your order should arrive damaged, I will either give you a full refund on receipt of the damaged goods, or send you a replacement. In order to make returning the item easier for you, I offer a free returns on all damaged goods. I would ask that you either email me or call me to arrange for this exchange as soon as you can. I will require a photo of the damage. This is to be emailed to thistleandtwine@outlook.com
Please be aware that if you send the item back without notifying me prior to postage, you may experience additional delays in receiving your refund.
How do I return my item?
If you wish to return your item, please make sure that it is returned in it’s original packaging. Please ensure that you include the order number and your name and address inside the package. How long will I have to wait for a refund?
I will refund you in full, once I have received the returned package, crediting back to you through the same method by which you originally paid. I will endeavour to pay all refunds within 14 days of receipt of goods.
